I'm Soli!
Maybe better known as @lattes.and.leases! In just a few years, I went from serving up lattes to owning a multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio, quitting my 9-5, AND replacing my salary with passive income from real estate.
Since becoming a full-time investor, I’ve done everything from single family homes to apartment buildings using multiple strategies — short-term rentals, mid-term rentals, flips, wholesales, and my personal favorite: long-term rentals! These properties generate enough income to allow me to live a life where I have the freedom to pursue all of my passions, goals, and ambitions without having to worry about working a 9-5 job ever again.
My secret? Raising private capital (and no, this isn’t “daddy’s money.”)
